Control
DocuPRO is a software solution which is developed to assist you in regulating, managing and securing document flows such as scanning, printing and copying. With user authentication and reports your document flow will be protected and optimized which will result in cost reduction.
DocuPRO provides detailed usage activity reports allowing administrators to manage costs and improve efficiency throughout the organisation. Reports can be generated for the purpose of detecting printing and copying patterns and usage can be analyzed per user, department or device.
Flexibility
inepro developed the new functionality Print&Go to meet current wishes and desires for flexible solutions. With a range of mobile devices available at any workplace or household and work is no longer bound to a specific location or desk it’s only logical that services will adapt to these changes.
With Print&Go documents can be sent or uploaded from any (mobile) device without having to install drivers or apps and logging in to a local network isn’t necessary. After a print job is sent, it can be released at any mobile print gateway in the organisation.
Security
With DocuPRO print jobs will not be released until users identify themselves at a printer. Not only will this increase security it also prevents unnecessary printing. When a centrally located MFP isn’t available a user can easily consult an alternative printer without having to resend the print job. Confidential documents are stored safely in the print queue until the users identify themselves at any print / copy device via manual login (PIN code i.e.), biometrics (fingerprint) or card authentication.
Service
The follow you feature (push & pull printing) ensures that once a document is sent, it can be retrieved from any printer within the same group of devices. The document follows the user, which is ideal in case a Multi Functional Printer (MFP) is busy, runs out of paper or out of order. The user accesses the job at any other MFP within the network and releases the document after identifying him/herself using a manual login or card authentication.
Easy
To integrate DocuPRO on your Multi Functional Printer (MFP), inepro has developed the Embedded Client. This print, copy and scan control software includes secure access to the MFP using various methods like username/password, card swipe and Biometrics. With DocuPRO Embedded Client it’s also possible to select cost centers (e.g. projects/departments/clients), to secure release print jobs and it offers Self Service Registration of users and their ID Cards onto their account.
